Value Fashion brand REDTAG announces SAR 1.3-million Ramadan jackpot: cars for 10 lucky winners, daily cash prizes and free gifts

REDTAG, the region’s favourite value fashion and homeware brand, has announced its much-anticipated Ramadan offers, raffles, and giveaways. In what can be regarded as its most ambitious Ramadan initiative, REDTAG is set to giveaway 10 cars, SAR 10,000 cash every day, and free gifts on every purchase.

The 35 days of Ramadan Kareem offer, starting 27th March and ending on 30th April, will see the value fashion giant splurge over SAR 1.3 million, giving away 10 cars and SAR 5,000 to 70 winners (twice every day for 35 days). Every shopper with a cart value of SAR 250 will receive a guaranteed free gift, including but not limited to high-quality perfumes.
Cash draws for all shoppers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be held every day in Dammam, and every shopper, regardless of the cart value, can enrol. Customers who shop multiple times can enrol each day, thereby enhancing their chances of winning the daily cash prize of SAR 5,000. Two such winners will be selected each day in the country.

“An internal survey of our platinum customers revealed that there is a propensity towards car and cash giveaways — which inspired this Ramadan bonanza. At the same time, around 90% of our sales are attributed to repeat customers. So, as we launched our daily cash prizes, we wanted to ensure that we give our repeat customers an opportunity to win multiple times. Every day they shop, they increase their chances of winning. This is REDTAG’s way of saying that we appreciate your routine patronage,” said Shehbaz Shaikh, Chief Retail Officer, REDTAG.

Similarly, the car raffle draw is open to all shoppers during the five-week promo period, the end of which the 10 lucky winners will be announced. Two winners will be selected per territory, giving shoppers across the region a fair shot. “REDTAG has a reputation for reciprocity — for giving something of value back to our customers at every opportunity. And a festival of Ramadan’s prominence deserves nothing less than our best efforts. So, we have exceeded customer expectations by launching a 35-days bonanza where some will experience their lives’ greatest stroke of luck and no shopper will leave without a gift,” added Shehbaz Shaikh.
