Joy and renewed energy await at JOALI resorts in the Maldives

JOALI BEING and JOALI Maldives redefine the holiday season with two immersive island getaways and a range of curated experiences. There is something that will suit all needs, from realigning mind and body to expressing a creative side while reconnecting with family and loved ones under the sun.

JOALI BEING
The Maldives’ first well-being retreat is hosting a month of ‘Vitality and Vibrancy’ that will send guests home feeling aligned and revitalised for the new year. The well-being activities include herbology workshops, energy healing, and fitness classes, as well as a range of culinary workshops, including intuitive eating sessions and tea tastings with a selection of 60 organic teas selected from different parts of the world by the resident Tea Sommelier.
Takanori Onishi, a Certified Fermentation Master, will lead workshops revealing the intriguing world of fermentation from 24 – 29 December 2022. For those looking to work on their mind and spirit, Sandro Thiara Mota, a leading Human Enhancement Coach, will guide guests through transformative journeys to elevate their life and discover their purpose.

JOALI MALDIVES
The first and only art-immersive resort in the Maldives, is set to debut its ‘Rejoice of Colours’ pop art-themed celebrations. Guests can engage in creative activities, such as glazing classes at the island’s Art Studio, discovering the art of ceramics, clay moulding, and therapeutic painting lessons led by JOALI Maldives’ resident artist.

Guests can fill each day with a new activity, from venturing out into the surrounding Raa Atoll for big game fishing, greeting the day with sunrise yoga, to discovering the dark ocean with night snorkelling. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy tennis, padel or football, and nature lovers can join the resident Marine Biologist on a quest to find turtles or join a truly spectacular Kite Festival at Mura Beach. The Muramas Kids Club will offer younger guests exciting games, as well as artistic workshops to ignite their creative minds.

For those looking to experience a culinary feat, guest chef Nina Tarasova, who trained under the world-renowned Alain Ducasse, will host three dinners from 30 December to 4 January, including an Asian-inspired five-course dinner at Vandhoo.
