Saudi Airlines announced the launch of a new initiative to upgrade services at the Kingdom's airports under the name of “Saudi Ambassadors”. Their mission is to provide new and innovative services to guests, answer their inquiries, and accompany them from entering the airport until they board the plane.

This initiative comes as part of Saudi Airlines 'initiatives aimed at developing services and raising their quality within the framework of the "TOP5" program for developing the services of the national carrier, in a way that enriches the guests' travel experience and makes their trips comfortable, distinguished and safe

The new service initiative was welcomed and appreciated by the guests at both King Abdulaziz International Airports in Jeddah and King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh, where service is provided around the clock as they are the two main airports for Saudi Airlines operations.

The initiative aims to expedite the completion of travel procedures and reduce the waiting period, especially during peak times, and include domestic and international flights and for various travel classes. Upon entering the hall, the guest receives an employee carrying a tablet to complete the travel process, answer inquiries and provide the necessary instructions

Saudi Arabian Airlines celebrated the launch of the new service at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, where the General Director of Saudi Arabian Airlines, Sami bin Ali Sindi launched the “Saudi Ambassadors”, indicating that a new journey to develop services in Saudi Airlines has begun and will include all service stations and sites to be an distinct and fun traveling experience with the Kingdom's national carrier in all its stages.

During the launch of the “Saudi Ambassadors” service, the General Director of Saudi Airlines appreciated all the fruitful efforts that participated in the manufacture and implementation of this initiative, stressing that a new journey to develop services in Saudi Airlines has begun and will include all service stations and sites so that the travel experience with the national carrier of the Kingdom is distinguished and enjoyable in all its stages.
