Emirates Airlines stated that the number of flights operated by the airline using its Boeing fleet of aircraft reached 1,327 passenger and cargo flights together weekly.

Emirates Airlines stated that the resumption of operating regular passenger flights to any destination around the world depends first on opening the airports and approval of the concerned governments first, and then comes the demand factor for travel to and from the destination.

Nabil Sultan, Senior Vice President of Shipping at Emirates Airlines, stated that the Emirates SkyCargo currently serves more than 115 global destinations, using the cargo fleet of 11 Boeing 777F aircraft, where the cargo of this aircraft reaches 100 tons.

He added that the tanker uses cargo hold on the "Boeing 777-300ER" and "Boeing 777-200LR" passenger aircraft, which have a maximum capacity of 20 tons of cargo load, in addition to 10 Boeing 777-300ER passenger aircraft, which have been completed. Converting them to cargo planes by removing the passenger seats in the economy class, and the payload of each of them reaches 60 tons.

Sultan pointed out that the cargo services scheme, as on August 19, reached 1180 flights per week, including passengers and freight by “Boeing 777-300ER” and “Boeing 777-200LR” passenger planes, in addition to 69 flights per week by “Boeing cargo planes”. 777F, as well as 78 weekly flights by Boeing 777-300ER aircraft were converted into cargo planes.
